Safety First - Covid-19 - Update
22nd April 2020
At a time when there is much uncertainty, we at Dana welcome this opportunity to let our stakeholders know that, in line with government policies of the countries affected, we have temporarily closed a number of our facilities around the world. Priority services are being maintained by staff able to deal with business remotely using all the available tools for remote working, wherever possible.
Dana is now finalizing a plan to re-open our impacted facilities as soon as local situations improve. Each facility is adopting measures to ensure the utmost safety of our staff, both in production and office environments. This will include appropriate facial protection, temperature checks as employees access the facility, social distancing, plexiglass panels, and all other procedures recommended by local authorities and governments to prevent health risks while at work.
Of course, situations will vary around the world. However, rest assured that the global Dana network of Service and Assembly Centers and our authorized Distributors will respond promptly to the needs of our customers in line with their local measures. Please stay tuned and consult our digital channels, website, and social media for any relevant updates.
Lastly, we send a heartfelt thank you to all those people who are striving to support their local communities, playing a key role in research, healthcare, and other strategic sectors. We wish all our stakeholders and their families a safe time until the pandemic subsides.
